What translations can be apostilled and where?

The apostille is a specific form of legalization established by the Hague Convention of 1961. It allows the recognition of official documents issued in one of the member states of the convention, so that their validity is recognized in another member state.

Chamber of Notaries Public

Documents issued by public authorities/officials, administrative documents, notarial deeds, official declarations, translations of attesting certificates.

Ministry of Justice (Court)

Court decisions, original documents issued by the Trade Register, civil judgments, certificates of determination, registration certificates.
Prefecture
Personal/family documents, documents proving qualification in a profession, tax, medical, study or employment documents, criminal record certificates, etc.
